Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Italy have been forced to make a leap forward in terms of digital transformation during 2020. In particular, many organizations have had to learn how to work and coordinate remotely with a workforce that works from home and is equipped with specific software for monitoring employees and others to facilitate work from remote.
